I think of everyone on staff so often. Everyone is terrific (although it took me a few weeks too realize it then). The way things are done makes so much sense. I can’t find any fault with any of the program. The rules, the AA meetings, the hard work of the drinking history, the group assistance, and living with strangers. This all taught me that I really was self-centered and the world doesn’t revolve around me.

Day 69 - Drug and Alcohol FREE
To my pleasant surprise I am enjoying ALL the activities I used to only enjoy in an altered-state WAY MORE. Clarity is my new drug of choice. "What a revelation." I hope you are all well. I am thinking of you ... all of you. Sometimes I have moments of panic-stricken madness alone wondering "Why the straight life with no alcohol and drugs??!!" If it weren't for Pine lodge I would be down the street at the local pub as we speak. I am still a geek but much healthier than in the past.

I would like to thank everyone for the most pleasant enjoyable stay at Pine Lodge. All the staff members were kind, courteous, friendly and outgoing. They made me feel at home, welcome, comfortable and at ease with others. Your kindness will always be remembered. My sincere best wishes for a rich, rewarding, fulfilling year ahead.

I think the Pine Lodge program was excellent and has helped me a lot. I strongly recommend the program to anyone in need. It also helped for my family to have a week at Pine Lodge.

I am alive and living life now! It wouldn’t be possible without Pine Lodge. It was the beginning of a new life and it put the foundation for my recovery in place. This place is really important to me.
