Family Involvement

Family matters

Persons in treatment at Pine Lodge are required to invite family members to attend one week of the treatment process.

Family programming is designed to help those affected by the disease better understand the physiologic, psychological, emotional, vocational, social and spiritual aspects of the disease.

Many former patients state that this unique family week is the turning point in their recovery.

For your Information:

  • Family members must commit to full participation for the entire one-week program, Monday to Friday.

  • Family members are not engaged in direct confrontation with their loved one

  • Family members are responsible for their own lodging during the Family Week.
