Regina Recovery Homes, Inc. a registered not-for-profit organization operates Pine Lodge Treatment Center in Indian Head, SK and Regina Detox Center in Regina, SK. It has a volunteer Board of Directors as follows:

  • William S. Stephenson. Bill is a long time worker in the addictions field. He is an internationally certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, by the Addiction Intervention Association of America. For over 20 years Bill worked as either the Director of Recovery Manor or as the Director of the Regina Detox Centre. Bill has over 27 years of continuous sobriety and is a former long time Director and former President of the Eureka Fellowship Society. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Mobile Crises Services and is Chairperson of the Regina Alternative Measures Program Board of Directors. Bill is married to Winona and has four children, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Bill has been a member of the Board of Directors for Regina Recovery Homes Inc. for four years. He presently is the President of RRH.

  • Sheila Sinclair. Sheila is the Executive Director of the Regina Alternative Dispute Resolution Program (RAMP). In her own words she is "a proud member of Cree First Nations". Prior to her present position Sheila spent 13 years with the John howard Socuety and more recently 4 years as the Justice Coordinaator with the Saskatoon Tribal Council. She is a single mother with a teenage son. This is the third year Shieila has been a member of the Board of Directors of Regina Recovery Homes Inc.

  • Morris K. Eagles is the Executive Director of the Welfare Rights Centre. He has been in this position for 35 years and was one of the founding members. He has a wide variety of training in areas such as counseling, reality therapy and drug and alcohol addictions. He sits on the Board of Directors of the North Central Community Association, the National Anti-Poverty Organization, Regina Intercity Community Partnership and the Army and Navy Vets. Morris is a past Board member of the Saskatchewan Association of Social Service Agencies, Regina Housing Authority and Youth Unlimited among many others. He was part of a Commission that was mandated under the Chair of Garf Stevenson to examine the Regina Qu’Appelle Health District. Morris has been and continues to be very actively involved with a number of committees of First Nations communities. He is married to Ella, a retired Regina Qu’Appelle Health District employee. They have two adult children, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. This is the third year Morris has been a member of the Board of Directors of Regina Recovery Homes Inc.

  • Marion H Bereti is a former Saskatchewan business owner and farmer. She is a mother of four, grandmother of six and great grandmother of three. Marian is retired and lives in Regina. She has a lengthy history of activism in the alcohol and drug addictions fields, and has over 25 years of continuous sobriety. She is a member of the Eureka Fellowship Society a former member of the Royal Order of Purple and continues to be an active volunteer. Marion has been on the Board of Directors for Recovery Homes Inc. for three years.

  • Kevin G. MacDonald is a self employed realtor with ReMax Crown Real Estate in Regina. He is married to Darlene and is a father and grandfather. Kevin is an active community volunteer and participates in such organizations as the YMCA, the Children’s Miracle Network and as a coach in the Regina Minor Ball League. He is actively involved with a number of committees dealing with alcoholism and drug addictions and has a particular interest in the unique problems associated with crystal methamphetamine. Kevin has 24 years of continuous sobriety. This is the third year Kevin has been a member of the Board of Directors of Regina Recovery Homes Inc.

  • Arthur Anderson is a retired 29 year career soldier from the Canadian Armed Forces. After retirement Arthur completed a Bachelor of Theology degree from Emmanuel and St. Chad’s at the University of Saskatchewan. For the last 20 years he has been an ordained priest with the Anglican Church of Canada. Much of Arthur’s time is spent counseling on his home reserve Gordon First Nation and other First Nation communities as well as in Regina. Arthur has over 40 years continuous sobriety and has been actively involved in the addictions field as a counselor for much of that time. Arthur is married to Elaine and has two children and 8 grandchildren. He is in his first year on the Board of Directors of Regina Recovery Homes Inc.

  • Brenda Hackl is an Instructional Designer at the University of Regina. She is a trained Physical Therapist (U of Saskatchewan), holds a Bachelor's Degree in Vocational/Technical Education, and a Master's Degree is Adult Education from the University of Regina. Brenda began her career working with people with disabilities as a physical therapist, has spent 10 years working in Employment and Education Equity, has designed and developed distance and adult education programs for 30 years, and, most recently, has added teaching university credit courses to her career path. Brenda was a founding board member of Sasakatchewan Status of Women Committee, is a past Coordinator of the DWI (Driving Without Impairment) program in Swift Current, and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Eureka Fellowship Society in Regina. Currently, Brenda supports Aboriginal healing practices and attends Sweat Lodge ceremonies whenever whenever she can. She has 29 years of continuous sobriety and is the proud mother of an adult son. Brenda is the newest member to the Board of SABAS and to the Board of Regina Recovery Homes.

The Executive Director of Regina Recovery Homes is Foster Monson, who reports to the Board of Directors. Foster is a Chartered Arbitrator and Chartered Mediator. His practice is located in Regina, but is national in scope. He has been actively involved in business and farming in the Regina area for over 25 years. Foster has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saskatchewan, a Post Diploma in Dispute Resolution from Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology and a Diploma from Banff School of Advanced Management. He is on the Board of Directors and is a volunteer to a number of organizations dedicated to alternative conflict resolution. Foster acts as a volunteer and director on many local and national charitable organizations. He is a member of the Masonic and WA WA Shrine fraternal organizations in Saskatchewan. He is married to Shelley, a post secondary teacher, and is a father and grandfather. Foster is a former President and Director of the Eureka Fellowship Society and has 32 years of continuous sobriety. He has been actively involved in the addictions field for many years and is the current President of the Saskatchewan Association for the Betterment of Addiction Services. Foster presently acts as the Vice President and Executive Director of Regina Recovery Homes Inc.

The Program Director of Pine Lodge is Susan Ulmer and the Detox Supervisor is Lynn Sabo. They report to Foster Monson.
